Disability Benefits Support
(UK, Ireland and Isle of Man)

We offer flexible, accessible support throughout your benefits claim — whether you need help understanding a single question or ongoing support through to a decision or appeal.

Our aim is to make the process as clear and low-stress as possible. You can communicate in whatever way works best for you (Zoom, phone, email, typing, camera off, etc.), and we will always try to meet your access needs — including BSL interpreters and live captions where available.

If you have any access requirements, please let us know in advance so we can put these in place. We understand that health can fluctuate. We can work flexibly, take breaks, and adjust pacing to suit you. There is no pressure to complete everything quickly.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the session being charged or the deposit being retained.

Rates & Payment

We offer two rates:

  • Standard rate: £50 per hour

  • Discounted rate: £25 per hour (for those who are financially disadvantaged)

How billing works:
We track time in small increments and only charge for the time actually spent supporting your case. You will receive clear invoices showing what work has been completed.

This includes time spent both during and outside of sessions, such as:

  • Reading and editing your answers

  • Reviewing medical evidence or documents

  • Preparing submissions or guidance

  • Admin tasks directly related to your case

All time is charged at your agreed hourly rate.

We understand that affordability can be a concern — please get in touch to discuss payment options, including installments or backpay arrangements.

Important:
While we will do our best to strengthen your case, decisions are made by the DWP or tribunal services and cannot be guaranteed.

Free Initial Consultation

We offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to discuss your situation and how we can help. A £5 holding deposit is required to book this session, which is fully refunded after attendance.

Consultations (1 hour)

Our standard sessions are 1 hour, but shorter or longer sessions can be arranged.

Consultations can include:

  • Understanding benefit questions and criteria

  • Explaining medical jargon or legal wording

  • Discussing and strengthening your evidence

  • Going through your form step-by-step

  • Preparing for assessments

  • Mandatory reconsiderations and appeals

Ways To Support Your Claim

You can choose the support that suits you best:

Option A – Feedback approach

  • Flexible paced support

  • You write your answers in your own time and send them to us.

  • We review, edit, and provide detailed feedback before returning them to you.

Option B – Motivation/Accountability sessions
We stay on a call while you work on your form, to:

  • help you stay focused

  • answer questions

  • reduce overwhelm

Option C – Hand-holding (live write-up)
We work through the form together in real time, brainstorming answers and writing them with you during and/or after the session.

Additional Support (at hourly rate)

This may include:

  • Reviewing documents or medical evidence

  • Editing and strengthening written answers

  • Preparing mandatory reconsiderations or appeal submissions

  • Creating tailored templates or guidance

  • Communication with DWP/HMCTS

  • Appeal prep and representation support

Estimates & Typical Timeframes

Where possible, we will provide an estimated number of hours and total cost based on your case.

Very rough guide (varies depending on complexity):

  • Form support (partial help): 2–6 hours

  • Full form support: 6–15+ hours

  • Mandatory reconsideration: 3–8 hours

  • Tribunal preparation: 8–20+ hours

This is only a guide — every case is different.

We will aim to let you know before continuing if work is likely to go beyond the original estimate.

Appeals & Representation

We can support you with:

  • Mandatory reconsiderations

  • Tribunal preparation

  • Written submissions and evidence summaries

  • Attending tribunal hearings (where agreed)

Appeal work may involve:

  • An agreed number of preparation hours

  • A retainer for more complex cases

  • A separate fee for tribunal attendance

All of this will be discussed with you in advance.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

CHLOE, NORWICH

Jasper was amazing during my PIP application process. All my questions were answered concisely and accurately. I felt so well supported and the additional knowledge of what evidence to send in, what to include in your answers and also what to expect from the assessment itself was invaluable and reduced my anxiety around the process. I was correctly awarded first time and I believe this was partly down to the support I received.

LAURA, NEWCASTLE

The support I was given was excellent. Very informed and I couldn’t have done it without Jasper. I had been through the process before where my PIP claim had been rejected despite being born with a life-long disability, so working with Jasper for this claim which was successful, was a massive help. It has made the world of difference for me. Jasper is wonderful to work with. He really knows his stuff!

MILES, BIRMINGHAM

Jasper was so kind and supportive throughout the process. He helped me understand what to include and what was relevant and made everything less daunting. Applying for PIP can be incredibly frustrating and confusing but Jasper made it easy.
